By accessing and using TikFolio ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TikFolio is a platform that allows TikTok creators to build professional portfolios to showcase their content, metrics, and brand collaborations. The service connects with TikTok's official APIs to display publicly available content and statistics.

3. User Accounts and TikTok Integration

To use TikFolio, you must connect your TikTok account through our secure OAuth integration. By connecting your account, you grant us permission to:

• Access your public TikTok profile information
• Retrieve your public videos and their metadata
• Display your content metrics for portfolio purposes

We do not store your TikTok login credentials and you can revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• Ensuring all content you share complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines
• Using the service for legitimate professional portfolio purposes only
• Not attempting to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content displayed through TikFolio remains the property of the original creators. TikFolio serves as a portfolio platform and does not claim ownership of user content. Users maintain all rights to their TikTok content and can control what is displayed in their portfolios.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use TikFolio to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TikFolio expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TikFolio, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
